You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers
What services does your poop scooping company offer?
We offer weekly dog poop removal, odor-eliminating yard spray, before/after proof of service photos, and pet-safe protocols. Add-ons include “Party Clean” visits, rain recovery sprays, and more.
Will my dog be safe during the service?
Absolutely. You’ll get a 30-minute heads-up before we arrive. We use a secure gate-lock system and follow your custom pet profile to keep your pup safe and calm.
What if it rains or my yard smells bad after a storm?
We’ve got you covered with our weather-triggered odor control and optional mid-week spray visits. You’ll also receive our Rain Recovery Guide with expert tips and emergency help.
How do I know you actually showed up and did the work?
Every visit includes GPS-stamped logs, before/after photos, and a completion text or email. If we ever miss anything, we come back for free it’s our Poop-Free Promise.
What if one cleanup per week isn’t enough?
We offer a Twice-a-Week Upgrade and an Emergency Cleanup Hotline for surprise messes. You can even grab a free DIY scooper kit on your first visit, just in case.
