Thanks for choosing Golden Leash Club — where we keep yards clean, dogs happy, and pet parents stress-free. Please read these terms carefully. By using our services, you agree to everything below.

1. 💩 What We Do

Golden Leash Club provides:

Pet waste removal (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time cleanups)

Optional yard deodorizing spray

Dog treats during each visit

Add-ons and seasonal bonuses (with select packages)

To ensure smooth service, you agree to:

Grant safe access to your yard on scheduled service days

Secure your dogs during service

Let us know about hazards like broken gates, aggressive pets, etc.

2. 💳 Payment Terms

All services are billed upfront — either per visit or per package

We accept cash, card, or Venmo

Tips are appreciated but never expected

No shows or locked gates may incur a $10 missed visit fee

Important: We do not offer refunds after a service is performed, but we will happily return to fix anything we missed within 24 hours.

3. ✅ Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Poop-Free Promise means if we miss a pile, just let us know within 24 hours — we’ll swing back and make it right.

4. 📲 SMS Text Message Terms (A2P Compliance)

By giving us your phone number, you agree to receive:

Appointment reminders

Weather or schedule updates

Special offers and bonus perks

Text Policy:

Message frequency: 1–6 per week

Message & data rates may apply

Reply “STOP” anytime to unsubscribe

Reply “HELP” for support

We follow all A2P 10DLC rules and never sell or share your contact info.

5. 🌧️ Weather & Access Policy

We scoop in most weather, but for extreme conditions (lightning, flooding, etc.) we’ll:

Send a text

Reschedule within 72 hours

If we can’t access your yard (e.g. locked gate, loose dog), we’ll reach out and may charge a $10 no-access fee.

6. ❌ Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule, just text or email us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations under 24 hours may forfeit the visit

Monthly and multi-visit packages may be paused anytime, no penalty

7. ⚠️ Liability

We take safety seriously, but Golden Leash Club is not liable for:

Dogs escaping due to faulty gates or fences

Yard damage due to long-term waste buildup

Hazards not disclosed in advance

We sanitize tools and shoes before every visit and use pet-safe, eco-friendly sprays.

We collect your name, contact info, and address to:

Schedule and deliver service

Communicate updates or issues

Improve your experience
